We produce and supply the course content. The course itself is sold to you by Digistore24 acting as reseller — for a purchase made through this site, that is Digistore24 Inc., the company named on the order form and on your invoice. Digistore24 is your contract partner for the purchase, takes the payment, issues the invoice, charges and remits any VAT or sales tax due, and handles withdrawal and refund requests.
Digistore24 is the seller of the Course, so cancellation and refund requests are made to Digistore24, not to us. Digistore24's buyer terms and cancellation policy, shown to you on the order form and referenced on your invoice, determine what you are entitled to.
We do not take your payment and cannot issue a refund ourselves.
This is digital content, not a physical product. Once your access has been delivered there is nothing to send back, and the purchase cannot be returned.
On the Digistore24 order form you are asked to confirm that delivery of the digital content should begin immediately, and to acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once it has begun. That confirmation is a legal requirement for immediate delivery, and once access has been delivered the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies.
See the Right of Withdrawal page for the detail of how that works.
If your access was never delivered, stopped working, or the Course is materially not what was described, contact us. We will fix the access where we can, and support your request with Digistore24 where a refund is the right outcome.
Fixing a delivery problem is usually faster than a refund, and we would rather do that.
Use the contact details on your Digistore24 invoice or order confirmation. If you cannot find them, email us and we will point you to the right place.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
